Initial Documentation

A missionary interested in receiving free or reduced fee counseling should contact Jamie directly at jamie@oakscounseling.com stating your counseling need and home state. Jamie coordinates all intakes and matches missionaries with a counselor. Phone counseling for in the field missionaries would ideally be provided by a licensed therapist from your home state area so that when you return home or are visiting you can receive counseling in person. During the intake process you will be asked to download one or all of the below documents and return them via email. In addition, you will be asked to take an assessment so we can pair you up with the best possible counselor. The last step is to complete a phone interview to go over your history and assessment before referring you to a therapist or counselor.
